Kore Audio Reviews
First – I adored this retelling. The story itself was wonderfully done and I cannot wait for the next installment. Second – the narrator!!! She is on my autobuy list and I am floored by this performance. She is amazingly talented […] and her ability to make you forget only one person is behind all the voices awed me! I cannot wait for the author and narrator to give us book two!!!
“This story was so amazing I was bummed out when I reached the end. I also love how the narrator read the story and her voice overs were amazing. It felt like I was there throughout the story of Persephone. She is one of the Goddesses I worship and I love how the author gave Persephone her maiden name so to speak lol. It made me fall in love with Hades too and of course I love reading about Hekate too! I cannot wait for the upcoming book for this series! I totally recommend to anyone looking for a good story!”
“I loved this audio. Ruhie did an amazing job and the author is an amazing storyteller. I had goosebumps at the end and wanted to continue with the story! I’ll be picking up Hades and Demeter ASAP. If you love lore and mythology with a spicy twist this is for you. Run dont walk to get this!”

“Do not beg me, goddess,” Hades groaned.
“Then I command it,” she whispered.
Fans of Rachel Smythe’s Lore Olympus webtoons graphic novel and Madeline Miller’s Circe and Songs of Achilles, mythology, fantasy, historical fiction, and romance will enjoy this classic retelling in this four-part series.
Before Persephone was known as The Dread Queen, she was but a young goddess who went by the name of Kore, pulling flowers from soil to create life. Nothing more is spoken on the all feared Queen and her rise to power.
Not of her journey.
Not of her time in the realm of the dead where she showed the King of Darkness what it means to be loved.
He claims the Underworld is no place for Love.
She is determined to prove him wrong.
